RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and convenient for you. 1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame

 

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:
 
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (confirmed by the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation). Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted or processed.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with no signs of wear, installation, or alteration. This includes keeping all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and instruction manuals intact.

  • For fragile items (e.g., ceramic vases, mirrors, glass decor), the product must be returned in its original protective packaging to avoid damage during transit. Improper packaging that leads to damage may result in a denied return or partial refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for hygiene, custom, or logistical reasons:
 
  • Custom-made or personalized home decor items (e.g., custom-engraved wall art, made-to-order curtains).

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or neglect.

  • Small accessories (e.g., decorative pins, small stickers) that are opened or missing their original packaging.

  • Fragile items that are damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

 

Follow these simple steps to start your return:
  1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@taigutc.com (please include your order number, product name, and reason for return in the email).

  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  5. Package the item securely (using the original packaging if possible) and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Do not send the item without first obtaining an RMA number—unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

  7. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping carrier. Please keep the shipping tracking number for your records, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item simply because it does not meet your expectations (no quality issues), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product, wrong color), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item in your return request to qualify for free return shipping.

5. Refund & Exchange Process

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds will only cover the original purchase price of the item. Shipping costs (for the original order) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or deny the refund entirely, and we will notify you of our decision.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or style (if available), please follow the return initiation process and specify “Exchange” in your request. Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, you will be responsible for paying the difference (or we will refund the difference if the new item is cheaper).
 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the issue. This helps us resolve the problem quickly (either by sending a replacement or processing a full refund) and file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in a delayed resolution or denied claim.
 

7. Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at info@taigutc.com. We will cancel your order and process a full refund within 3-5 business days. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned in accordance with this return policy.
